Room hire at the LGF

The Lesbian & Gay Foundation is the UK’s leading lesbian, gay and bisexual community health charity. Based in Manchester, we provide activities and support to people throughout the North West of England and beyond.

Room Hire generates income which is re-invested into our services.

Princess House is located in the heart of the City Centre and close to all major transport links in and out of the city.

We have 7 different sized rooms for hire either during the day or evenings, including weekends, which are fully accessible for all levels of mobility.

An induction loop or a signer is available by advanced booking. The building is disabled accessible with a platform lift at entrance and lift to our floors. We have an induction loop available and a signer can be organised in advance.

Whether you are looking for a venue for a one-off conference or you wish to book space for a regular meeting or training events, we can accommodate. Let us take care of the small details and leave you to concentrate on the most important part of your meeting.

Prices

Conference Room

Capacity of up to 60 people with prices starting from £300 for a full day (9-5.30pm) to £150 per session (3-4hrs). 5 different kinds of layouts from: Theatre, Board Style, Classroom Style, Circle of Chairs to Cabaret Style.

Meeting Room

Capacity of 15 people with prices starting from £150 for a full day (9-5.30pm) to £75 per session (3-4hrs). 4 different layouts from: Theatre, Board Style, Classroom Style to Circle of Chairs.

Library

Capacity of 10-12 people with prices starting from £100 per day (9-5.30pm) to £50 per session. 4 different layouts: Theatre, Board Style, Classroom Style to Circle of Chairs.

Counselling /Therapy Rooms

There are 4 rooms in total all of which could be used for a one to one meeting or complementary therapy, and if you need a therapy bed you can hire one at £5 per 2 hour session.
