We all need information and support from a friend in the know and LGF's Helpline Service provides thousands of hours of advice and support to thousands of people every year.

The Helpline has been running for over 30 years, and is staffed by a team of dedicated volunteer operators, all of whom receive extensive training and support. The Helpline operates 365 days a year, every evening from 6pm until 10pm. Outside of these hours we have an automated system, providing information on bars, clubs, support groups, health issues and the LGF's extensive range of services.
