Do your Own Fundraising – Your idea, our support!

Fundraising for The Lesbian and Gay Foundation is a great way of supporting lesbian, gay and bisexual people. Your money will help us provide more direct resources, services, campaigns and training to end homophobia for good! The Lesbian and Gay Foundation directly works with more LGB people than any other charity of its kind in the UK.

If you have any fundraising ideas, we can help you to realise them. Whether you’re working individually, or as part of a team, we’ll do our very best to make sure you’re fully supported, valued and appreciated by the fundraising team at the Lesbian and Gay Foundation. We’re more than happy to offer advice on how best to make the event work, provide materials, and ensure that your activity is a great success. With your help we can make a difference to thousands of lives of lesbian, gay and bisexual people.

Here’s where to put the FUN into fundraising!
You may already know what fundraising you would like to do in which case don’t delay, click here to request a fundraising pack or call Emma on 0161 235 8012. We will provide materials, offer advice on how to organise your activity and most importantly ensure your efforts are successful.

However, if you’re stuck for ideas, then we have loads of fundraising suggestions to get you started, or alternatively, you can join one of the events that we’re organising ourselves. We also have our own Volunteer Fundraising Team here at the LGF. Many people would prefer to fundraise as part of a team, if only because it’s more sociable and a great way to meet new people, and furthermore, your combined efforts can achieve so much.
