OUT With Prostate Cancer
Out With Prostate Cancer are a group of people who know about prostate cancer.
They are a friendly organisation dedicated to offering support to gay and bi-sexual men who have had or who are experiencing the effects of Prostate Cancer which is a potentially life threatening disease.
The Out with Prostate Cancer Support Group offers a place for free exchange of information and help for gay and bi-sexual men and their supporters (family and friends) who may be affected by this increasingly common form of male cancer.
Some members of the group have been affected by other cancers and whilst the group is not exclusively for men only affected by Prostate Cancer it aims to offer support around the similar issues that affect men affected by other cancers which affect men’s sexual health and general wellbeing.
At each meeting the group strive to be a positive, supportive and upbeat group of people; encouraging open discussion on what can be a very difficult and perhaps for some an embarrassing subject. They have lively, informative, interactive, sharing and above all supportive meetings.
OWPC meet on the first Saturday of each month from 2pm - 4pm at:
