BHP - Best Practice Case Studies

Building Health Partnerships (BHP) is a national programme kindly funded by NHS England to improve health outcomes, through supporting the development of partnerships between Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations.

In Greater Manchester (GM), the project centred on the health inequalities faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGB&T) people, exploring the challenges encountered. We worked in partnership to identify solutions and reduce barriers for LGB&T people accessing healthcare services.

This is the best practice case studies outlining the benefits of supporting LGB&T people and their families, pulled together as part of the Building Health Partnerships project.
