How to access our services
Last year the LGF’s Face 2 Face Service saw over 1,000 clients.
You can self refer by telephoning the LGF Helpline 0845 3 30 30 30 (6pm – 10pm 7 nights a week).
The operator will then pass your details on to Rachael Barlow, LGF’s Mental Health Co-Ordinator or you can call the LGF’S admin line 0161 235 8035 during office hours.
A sliding scale fee payment system is in operation, based on a ratio of £1 charged for every £1,000 of income your receive. However, nobody will be denied access to counselling because of an inability to pay.
Before deciding to take advantage of LGF’s Therapeutic Services you will be invited to attend a 30 minute assessment session at your convenience.

The Face 2 Face Service abides by and adheres to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Code of Conduct. We absolutely guarantee to protect your privacy, and all our counsellors and therapists adhere to the highest professional standards.
