Training course for beginners
For those with little or no experience of rugby, an “Introduction to Rugby” programme will be held at our training ground in Sale starting at 7pm each Wednesday from 4th July 2012.
This 4-week course has been designed to provide beginners with an introduction to the game, its laws and the basic skills required.
All you need to get started is a pair of trainers, shorts and a t-shirt (don’t forget to bring a change of clothes for beers in the bar afterwards).
Contact recruitment to book a place. For the rest of the season, specific beginners coaching will run alongside the main advanced skills training sessions.
