Leaving a Legacy

“You may never know what results come of your actions, but if you do nothing, there will be no results” – Gandhi.  Leave a legacy to the LGF & be part of the solution.

Last week saw people all over the UK being urged to leave a lasting legacy to their favourite charity during a UK wide ‘Will Week’.

It’s a sensitive and often uncomfortable subject for some and its often something we don’t want to think about when we’re younger but it’s one of the most important things you’ll ever do.  Remembering a charity in your will provides you with an opportunity to leave your own lasting legacy which can then go on to help those most in need.

If you’d like to speak to someone about leaving a legacy to The Lesbian & Gay Foundation or have any questions regarding how to ensure any pledge you make goes towards the exact work you want to support i.e. Ending homophobic bullying in schools, sexual health advice, HIV testing, Counselling etc. then please call Debbie Edwards on 0845 3 30 30 30 or email; debbie.edwards@lgf.org.uk.

If you are a solicitor or firm who arrange wills for the public and would like to be part of our ‘Will Week’ programme for 2014 then Debbie would also love to hear from you.
