The Practice Manager, Kate Armitage, was new in post when she embarked on Pride in Practice. "We are dedicated to supporting diversity within the practice and we are proud to display the award in our waiting room."

Dr Casey commented "The practice is delighted to have received a Pride in Practice award. All staff at the Gill are committed to supporting the diverse needs of the local community and the award underlines this."

Kathy McGuirk the manager of Pride in Practice added “The Gill Medical Centre should be widely celebrated for their award. Kate arranged for me to meet the team really quickly and engage in the service. When I was completing the assessment with both Sister Badat and Dr Casey it was clear that positive patient experience and equality was at the heart of their service delivery. Congratulations to the whole team!”
