Happy holidays from all at The Lesbian & Gay Foundation, we wish you a safe and happy festive season.

For many, this time of year is about celebrations and partying, but for others it’s the time when things come to a head, and people can feel isolated and low.

If you need to talk to someone over the holiday season, The LGF are here if you need us – you can contact our trained helpliners on 0845 3 30 30 30 or email them on helpline@lgf.org.uk all over Christmas and New Year.

If you need to talk – no matter what it’s about please give us a call.

Christmas & New Year Opening

While The LGF’s helpline is available all over Christmas and New Year, and you can also get our free gay and bi men’s safer sex packs from Manchester Village venues across the festive season, many LGF services and groups will not be running till the New Year.

The Lesbian & Gay Foundation’s Community Resource Centre is open till Friday December 23rd and will reopen for full services on Tuesday January 3rd 2012.

2012 Services

The first LGF Outreach Clinic of the new year takes place on Tuesday January 3rd at Basement Sauna between 1 & 4pm.

The first LGF Rapid HIV Testing Clinic of the new year takes place on Thursday January 5th at The LGF between 4 & 6pm.

The LGBT Police Surgery is back on Thursday January 5th at The LGF between 6 & 8pm.

The LGB&T Legal Advice Surgery is back on Tuesday January 10th between 6 & 8pm at The LGF.

The New Year means a new day for the LGF’s Mental Health Clinic, the clinic will now take place every Friday, to make an appointment email lucy.rolfe@lgf.org.uk
