How can we help you? Our Services for Young people
We can help you with issues around your sexuality, coming out, sexual health and HIV, as well as relationship problems, depression, wellbeing issues such as anxiety, low self esteem and confidence.
We have some free mental health advice on our website here.
We also offer free counselling if you are aged under 25. You can also call our national Helpline or email our advice service.

Plays in School - We also work to tackle homophobic bullying in schools. Our play ‘Exceeding Expectations’ tours schools around Greater Manchester to help students understand the impact that bullying can have. Safer Schools Packs – Our schools packs are full of resources, information and advice. They areaimed at teachers or people who work in schools tohelp tackle homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying. For more information visit www.lgf.org.uk/schoolspack or email email@example.com
Help and support – We have a dedicated young people’s worker who can offer advice to you. We can also help your teachers with how to address bullying in school and provide them with resources and information.

Community Action Panel
We have a Community Action Panel in which volunteers have the opportunity to tell us about our services, campaigns and resources by email.
