"Why we are Flying the Flag on IDAHO"

Publish Date: 11/05/2012

Voluntary & Community Action Trafford will be flying the flag for IDAHO on 17th May. Here they tell us why it's important to them;

Lynsey Cottle, Community Engagement Worker says; "Here at VCAT we are flying the flag to show our support for IDAHO and Trafford’s LGBT community. We want everyone to know we are proud to offer services to LGBT people and want to show people our organisation is welcoming and does not discriminate."

VCAT aims to develop an effective and highly skilled voluntary and community sector, capable of making a strong contribution towards a fair and open society in Trafford. They have over 500 members.

We want to hear from you! What will you be doing on IDAHO? How do you feel when you see a rainbow flag flying?
