Smart sex
Published: 27/08/07
If you’re aged up to 25 and HIV positive, the Smart Sex programme is looking for your input for an awareness campaign.
Smart Sex understands that it’s easy to get carried away when you’re drunk or off your face, so they’re looking for creative young people with original ideas for really getting the message about safe sex across to people who are under the infl uence.
There will be three sessions over three weeks on the 18th and 25th September and the 2nd October. The sessions take place at the Lesbian and Gay Foundation on Princess Street, Manchester, and will involve young HIV+ people getting together to share ideas for a creative project which Smart Sex will then help to make a reality.
Participants will be paid £40 for getting involved and free food and transport is available. For more information call or text Graeme at 07930 537 335. Complete confi dentiality is assured. Smart Sex is a partnership project between Manchester Public Health Development Service, Eclypse: Manchester’s Drug and Alcohol Awareness for under 19’s, and APM design ltd.
