Fasten your seatbelts - Pam Ann is coming to town!
Published: 11/05/08
Join Pam Ann for the comedy trip of a lifetime at Blackpool’s Grand Theatre this May with her hilarious brand new show ‘Terror at 41,000 Feet’.
The themed comedienne is the outrageous alter ego of Australian comedian Caroline Reid. An emerging icon in gay culture, she portrays the acerbic air-hostess Pam Ann - a mixture of comedy, camp and glamour and a pun on the airline Pan Am.
She’s been described as ‘caustic, blunt and biting’ and will be making a welcome return to the seaside resort on 25 May before flying onto Manchester, Leeds and London.
As witty as Mae West and as sassy as Dame Edna; Pam Ann, the A-list air-hostess to the stars is back with a riotous new show which she promises will bring the thrill back to flying.
Performances tend to emphasise the vagaries of air travel, including the identifying quirks of various airlines around the world, mixed with a generous dose of ribald humour and double entendre.
Pam Ann has toured with Cher, crewed for Elton John, appeared on Living TV’s hit reality show Britain’s Next Top Model and even Madonna is a fan! Now the trolley dolly extraordinaire crash-lands at the Grand on her brand new UK tour so catch her while you can.
All seats are £18 and are on sale now from the Grand Theatre Box Office. Call 01253 290190 or book online at blackpoolgrand.co.uk
