Our vision is of a fair and equal society in which all lesbian, gay and bisexual people can achieve their full potential. Based in Manchester, we serve over 40,000 LGB people across the North West region every year. As a result, we provide more direct services and resources to more LGB people than any other charity of our kind in the UK.

Despite positive changes over the past decade, homophobia is still having devastating effects for our community. We now have several exciting opportunities within our staff team to make a real difference. Join us in our mission to end homophobia and empower people, and help us to make our vision a reality.

We also have a range of volunteering opportunities available all year round. Why not learn more about volunteering?
