To celebrate the anniversary of Emmeline Pankhurst's birth (which falls on 15th July), join us for an interactive writing workshop. Looking at inspirational, politically active and influential women from your area, we will use creative writing and storytelling techniques to explore the links between the pasts, presents and futures of our communities.
This workshop is run by For Book's Sake, an organisation which promotes writing for and by women, and is part of our Active Citizen's programme, which empowers lesbian and bisexual women to speak out about issues which matter to them.
This workshop is FREE and is open to anyone who identifies as a lesbian or bisexual woman. Places are limited so book your by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 0845 3 30 30 30.
