Event Full Details: Do you want to have a ton of fun, bump in lots of women and get breathless? If so, our January workshop is the place for you! We're joining up with Manchester Roller Derby to offer an 'Intro to Roller Derby' session.  Roller derby is a fast-paced, full-contact sport played on an oval track. The sport has been described as being like 'British Bulldog on skates' in the past, and that description isn't so far off the truth. Roller derby combines skill, agility and attitude in a sport that is growing in popularity worldwide.

You don't have to know anything about roller derby, or be able to skate to come to this workshop as all training will be given. So even if you've never skated before come along and try it - it'll be wheely brilliant!

This FREE workshop is open to anyone who self-identifies as a lesbian or bisexual woman. Places are limited so book yours now by emailing women@lgf.org.uk or calling 0845 3 30 30 30 (please include your shoe-size when booking).
