Event Full Details: Pride in Practiceis a quality assurance service that strengthens and develops your relationship with your lesbian, gay and bisexual patients within your local community.

This afternnoon of training is aimed at Practice Managers and GP Practice Clinicans within Blackburn with Darwin and surrounding areas.

Provides:• Practical support to deliver an inclusive service for lesbian gay and bisexual patients.• Resources for practice staff and patients.• LGB patients’ insight so you can be proactive about lesbian gay and bisexual patient needs.
Encourages:• More LGB patients to access your service; potentially achievinghigher QOF targets.• LGB patients being open and trusting; reducing the length and number of lesbian gay and bisexual patient’s consultations.• Higher quality of service; could positively influence results from the soon to be introduced friends and family test results.• Reduction in the perception of homophobia and biphobia within your service.
