Event Full Details: The role of lesbian and bisexual women is often over-looked when examining LGB&T history. The LGF’s ‘Women’s Pride’ will be an evening celebrating the significant contribution women have made past and present, with a chance to further explore how women can contribute to the future of the Movement.
The evening will include a screening of film clips and archive footage highlighting the efforts made by influential women, followed by a Q&A session led by a panel of representatives from local organisations, aiming to inspire women to continue their significant contributions within the LGB community.
Free food and refreshments will be provided on the night.
This event is part of the Manchester Pride Fringe Festival.
